The PRACE Training Portal has a number of training videos in the PRACE Tutorials section.

LLNL - Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (USA)

You can find many training materials in the LLNL Tutorials web page. Not all information in there applies to the VSC clusters, but all the basics concepts are the same.

For instance, the following contain valuable information about parallelization:

There are also some tutorials on Python.

NCSA - National Center for Supercomputing Applications (USA)

NCSA runs hpc-training.org that provides free online training on HPC. At the moment of writing, there is no fee and everybody can subscribe.
